Vince Nguyen
Chief Financial Officer

Vince has 15+ years of experience working in and with executive roles. Primarily as CFO, but he has also operated as CEO, COO, and Director of Sales in his own businesses. Through his diverse experiences, he’s proud to say that he holds a deep understanding for the inner workings of both businesses and people, which he thoughtfully applies to his work.

Outside of work, Vince enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. Together, they like to try new things and/or nurture old things. For example, seeing the world or trying new restaurants to growing their garden or working on new projects and startups.

Jeremy Nguyen, CPA
Controller

Jeremy has been working as an accountant and CPA for 10+ years in both senior and leadership roles within various industries including retail, real estate, and construction. He’s a big fan of simplicity and process improvements. One of his favorite quotes is “work smarter, not harder”.

When he’s not building reports and crushing deadlines, he enjoys his time playing games, watching shows or movies with his wife, and feeding their pet chickens. They are planning on growing their family in the near future, starting with a fur baby!

Jacque Bingat, CPA
Accounting Manager

Jacque is proud to be a CPA and a Filipina. She brings 5+ years of accounting experience doing financial reporting and managing teams of 100+. She is an avid learner and loves to challenge herself. Her current goals are to grow into a CFO position and mentor Filipinos to improve their lives financially, personally, and spiritually.

Her motivation is rooted on her being a “hardcore Christian” (as her colleagues describe her). She spends her time outside work as a wife to her husband and a leader to her local church.

April Austria
Junior Accountant

April brings 7+ years of accounting experience doing corporate migrations, creating global SOPs, and running financial analyses. She has held positions working with global companies handling people engagement to process creation and improvement across departments, cultures, and continents. Her current goal is to take her accounting acumen into a leadership position in operations so she can help aspiring virtual assistants improve their quality of life.

Outside of work, if she’s not being a fur mom or feeding strays, then she’s probably binging Netflix with her partner or spending quality time with her family.

Mariel Lacorte
Bookkeeper

Mariel has spent 7+ years specializing in A/P and reporting where her roles within global teams focused on migrations and process improvement. She’s developed a reputation for being thorough, detailed, and analytical which have enabled her to identify many time and cost-saving opportunities in any organization she is a part of. She enjoys continuous learning and likes to stay up-to-date with the industry so she can improve and adapt to evolving business landscapes.

Outside of her professional pursuits, she loves to play with her son, listen to K-Pop, and watch K-Dramas. Fighting!

Yuki Choi
Accounting Assistant

Yuki brings with her 10+ years of service and administrative experience in hospitality. From helping her family run their local motel to being a supervisor at Bath & Body Works, she understands the importance of getting the details right while delivering a good customer experience.

In her personal life, her current goal is to get out of her comfort zone and working with vyzion Group is one step towards that goal. Of course, she still has her comfort zone which means enjoying time with her many, many fur babies.

Matthew Everitt
Advisor

Matthew Everitt is an accomplished media, entertainment and technology executive, currently serving as CFO for StoryFile, the company behind conversational video AI. For 20+ years, he’s helped guide growth and financial operations for more than 20 successful media, entertainment, and tech firms in many roles including co-creator and executive producer of NBC’s World of Dance plus CEO and CFO for the World of Dance organization.

More importantly, he is the proud dad of Ethan and Kaitlyn. He supports the 9/11 Day nonprofit in its mission to promote 9/11 as a worldwide day of unity, service, and doing good.

Robert Arrojo, CPA
Senior Accountant

Robert brings 6+ years of experience in full cycle accounting, tax, compliance, and financial reporting. His background includes public/private accounting and academia where he has demonstrated leadership in improving processes, implementing procedures, and managing teams towards higher goals.

He embodies a growth mindset and views challenges as opportunities to learn and failures as stepping stones. This mindset extends into his personal life where he grows through fitness, games, and stock trading where he continually seeks progress and enjoys the thrill of personal challenges.
